CIPS Participants Announcement No. 100

　　During August 2024, 2 financial institutions were admitted as CIPS Direct Participants. 15 overseas financial institutions were admitted as CIPS Indirect Participants. 2 CIPS Indirect Participants withdrew. 2 financial institutions were accredited with Direct Participant qualification, namely Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Panama Branch and ICBC Austria Bank GmbH.

As of August2024, CIPS has 152 Direct Participants and 1412 Indirect Participants.

Among Indirect Participants, 1050 participants are from Asia (including 563 from Chinese Mainland), 243 from Europe, 52 from Africa, 26 from North America, 21 from Oceania, and 20 from South America.CIPS participants are located in 117 countries and regions around the world. Business covers more than 4,700 banking institutions in 184 countries and regions around the world.
